Paleo Chocolate Cake In A Cup


Prep Time: 1 minute
Cook Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Coconut Flour
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened or sweetened, up to you… I had ground chocolate and cocoa powder laying around so I used that.)
2 tbsp of Honey (if you picked sweetened cocoa powder, you can skip the honey!)
2.5 tbsp of Butter (melted, just heat it up in the microwave)
1 Egg
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
3 tbsp of Almond or Coconut Milk

Healthy Paleo Marble Cake
100 grams dates (2/3 cup)
1 bananas
2 eggs
90 grams almonds (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp or 1/2 cup + 1tbsp almond flour)
1/2 cup nut flour (choice, or brown rice flour if you are not completely paleo)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda (omit if you are strictly paleo)
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
60 grams dark chocolate
